This guy is a creep. Someone should report him to the authorities.
He also seems sexist. The information he is dispensing is shockinglg false. And I agree: someone should report him to the authorities.
He treats both victims and abusers in the Ohel agency -- and protects the abusers, even as the victims are forced to sometimes meet the abuser in the same building!!
