Rumors have been floating around regarding several indivduals who who call themselves "life coaches". These rumors include inappropriate behavior. It's important to remember one does not have to be licensed or certified to adopt the self proclaimed title.
The Awareness Center is looking for women who feel they have been manipulated by "Rabbi" Zalman Cohen and or Dr. Vivienne Damelin (AKA: rebbetsin Miriam Spalter). Both reside in Israel.

I heard that both Cohen and Dr. Vivienne Damelin had ties to NEFESH in Israel.

Theory and Application.
Introduction:
The underlying assumptions of personality development and structures of
Talmudic and other Jewish texts provide a coherent theoretical system, which
can be practically applied in therapy and in education. This was done already at
least 150 years ago in the famous Beis Talmud Torah of Kelme.
The purpose of this presentation is to give an overview of the interplay of human
experiences and the human personality, and how this can be applied in
counseling practice and in education.
This approach has proved to be dramatically successful in over 100 cases,
including trauma victims, marital dysfunction and depression.
