When Someone Who Was Sexually Victimized As A Child Become An Offender

Does anyone have any concrete information about a few male survivor of child sexual abuse and or physical abuse in the Baltimore community who allegedly have also become child molesters?

There is also a few rumors floating around about a few mother's who a have histories of being sexually violated as children who are using corporal punishment (physical abuse) on their children. The physical abuse includes a mother who often uses a belt on her children to keep them in line.
