I would stay as far away as possible from anything connected with Ohel. They are a part of the problem. They have a horrible reputation in working with survivors and offenders. They are a part of the broken down system that enables offenders and shames survivors.

What is your statement about Ohel based on?

I am disappointed that you did not print T.A.'s response to the article wherein the Board of Directors reassured the general public that, although the allegations concerning Shapiro occurred decades ago, there are currently policies and procedures in place to prevent this sort of conduct from occurring, and that T.A. is committed to continuing to improve and refine those policies and procedures. The fact that the letter was not included on the Jewish Times website is no excuse for you not to print it or at least refer to it -- Rabbi Heineman's letter was not printed on the Agudah website either yet you seemed to find it. I hope that your failure to print that letter was an innocent mistake and not an editorial decision on your part, for if it was, your credibility has been irreparably damaged.
