Update: Case of Rabbi Mordecai Tendler
I've been told that the following handout has been floating around New Hempstead, NY regarding Mordecai Tendler.
One of the problems with the flyer is the language used. The woman who is suing Tendler was sexually manipulated by a man who was providing her with personal counseling. There is no way a relationship like this could be considered "affair". It's called professional sexual misconduct and should be thought of as a form of incest.
I've also been told by a reliable source that Mordecai Tendler has a small following that meets in his home. He has also been seen davening (praying) at his father's synagogue in Monsey. There are some rumors floating around that he is in line to take over his father's synagogue. Considering Mordecai Tendler past history many believe that he should be escorted by others when ever he is out in public. He should not be allowed to be near females other then his wife.
