Why is David Suissa, Editor - OLAM Magazine Still Promoting Convicted Child Molester Michael Ozair?

Dear Mr. Suissa,
My name is Vicki Polin. I am the executive director of The Awareness Center, Inc., which is the international Jewish Coalition Against Sexual Abuse and Assault.
I wanted to make sure you are aware that "rabbi" Michael Ozair is a convicted sex offender who is listed on the California sex offender registry. I want to make sure you are aware that an article written by Ozair still appears on your site "OLAM.org" (see below).
Your inclusion of any article by Michael Ozair could be construed as a recommendation, endorsement and a promotion by your magazine. I want to make it perfectly clear that publishing articles by this individual could lead to putting unsuspecting individuals at risk of harm. For this reason The Awareness Center, Inc. request that you remove any and all articles written by Michael Ozair from your site.
On November 5th, 2002, the Los Angeles D.A.'s office stated that Ozair pled no contest to one count of oral copulation of a person under 16 (the girl was 14-years-old). Among other things, he was sentenced to 5 years felony probation, 1 year in county jail, a mandated term of sex offender treatment, and is required to register as a sex offender.
