The Nazareth Magistrate's Court on Wednesday extended by 8 days the remand of a deputy school principal from Beit She'an suspected of molesting three schoolboys.
Suspicions against Shimon Ben-Haroush arose last weekend after a 12-year-old student came to the town's police station with his parents and filed a complaint against the deputy principal. He was detained shortly after.
Beit She'an police have continued investigating the allegations and in the last few days two more students complained Ben-Haroush has molested them as well.
The court initially imposed a gag order on Ben-Haroush's name, but President of the northern districts Magistrate's Court Tawfic Kteily removed the order on Tuesday.
