Susie on Mordecai Tendler

The image “http://www.theawarenesscenter.org/Tendler_Mordecai2006.jpeg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.
According to the April editon of the published blog "Susie's Voice and Opinion":
Rabbi (Mordecai) Tendler and about 50 members of KNH are davening in his home, waiting for the New York civil court to rule on whether the sitting board can withhold his salary, summarily change the locks, and refuse to return some personal belongings.
Does anyone know if the number of individuals davening (praying) in the Tendler home is accurate?

Susie's blog also goes on and on regarding other blogs
Some of this may be considered protected speech, but threats and libelous comments, even on blogs, are actionable. This editor and this newspaper intend to pursue all legal remedies available to us. Foul-mouthed bloggers, please take note.

Our passion in this case is only for justice, because there but for the grace of G-d go any of us. S.L.R.
I've been told by some reliable sources that if Susie files a law suit, it would open up her life for discovery. Does anyone know if that's true?
