Mazel tov to the survivor who had the courage to follow through on this! My thoughts and prayers are with her.
This link is no longer available on The Awareness Center's site, but I found the cache of it.
I know many people have no idea who Mordechai Tendler is or who is family is. It makes me sick that he has attempted to use these influences to intimidate those who allegedly abused.

Why was this filed in New York county? It makes no sense, since neither the synagogue, the victim nor the alleged "incidents" took place in Manhattan.
It looks like this could get thrown out of court on a technicality and the victim will have to re-file suit in Rockland County court.
According to the New York County clerk's office website, their office only handles civil cases for lawsuits up to $25,000. Why is the victim suing for such a small amount?

Will Mordy Tendler ever have power of corruption again? If he is not put in jail as a sex offender. If he is not made to register where vere he moves. What about his wife Michelle? She has a shaded past. Why is no one going after her? I think what she did is worse than what Mordy Tendler did.
