Warning to Survivors of Rabbi Moshe Eisemann

Phil Jacobs and Rabbi Eliezer Eisgrau

From A Friend of Eisgrau's Daughter:

Warning to Survivors of Rabbi Moshe Eisemann

Before you refer any survivors to Phil Jacobs or the Baltimore Times, you should ask them to publish the story about Rabbi Eliezer Eisgrau. They have been sitting on the story for many years. Phil did all the research yet at the last minute backed down.

Can you imagine the emotional scars this tactic can cause a survivor who shared their most painful moments with a reporter?

For those of you who don't know, Shmuel Juravel was one of Rabbi Eisgrau's "special projects"

You can read about the Eisgrau case here:

There is no way the Baltimore Times would do a story about Eisgrau. It's too explosive. Look at how many years this secret has been kept. Would they want the world to know they could have done something healing to a woman they attempted to destroy?

I was looking over the bio of Andrew Buerger who is the publisher and Vice President of the Baltimore Jewish Times, as well as CEO of Alter Communications, Inc.

He works with Aviva Weisbord (Matis Weinberg's sister)on Jewish Big Brothers, Big Sisters.

Aviva is named as breaching confidentiality in the Eisgrau case. Why would Berger allow his paper to attack one of his friends?

I just read Eisgrau's daughter's story on the awareness center's website. It is amazing how this women survived! Parent's who can deny their child's basic need, as the Eisgrau's did, for a pair of glasses can just as easily deny anything about her...including that she is a victim of incest! Anyone who doubts this story should call up the Eisgraus and ask why they did not believe that their daughter needed glasses? I suspect that they have always had a vested interest in never believing anything about her. Abusive parents try to hide their illness but those who are educated can spot many clues to their illness.

The scary part of all of this is that Moshe Eisemann is related to the Eisgrau's through marriage. Eliezer's wife's maiden name is Eisemann. This all goes back to the yeshiva in Vineland, NJ.

One such talmid was HaRav Moshe Eisemann, zt"l, rosh yeshiva of Vineland (a cousin of the Baltimore mashgiach),

I meant to add:

If I'm correct HaRav Moshe Eisemann, zt"l is Eisgrau's wife's father.

I was wondering why after all the time has gone by that the Jewish Times would write any stories as the did with Steve. What's up with that?

Did the Jewish Times suddenly see the light when it comes to abuse and the need to expose pedophiles?
or could it be a new PR campaign backed or organized by the administration at Ner Israel, rabbis Hopfer and or Heinemann?

It is much easier for the Times to write about a pedophile who was caught red handed and sentanced to years in prison, than to write about a man like Eisgrau, who has never been charged, never arrested and many in Balto consider a "tzadik". Why should anyone believe an obviously "unstable" (in Hopfer's words) women and a student who's parent's hold a "vendetta" against the comunity and the school? (Of course no one thinks to question why this women would be unstable if she comes from such an upstanding background. Children are not born with dissociative and post traumatic disorders. Maybe it's easier to want to believe a man who you allowed to take your kids on overnights out of town? Yikes! What a thought!...don't even go there!! Help! Of course he would never...!!!! Ok, calm down. Let's ask ourselves a logical question. Who has more to gain by denying the abuse, Eisgrau's daughter? (who has lost everything by saying her father abused her) Or Eisgrau himself? (who has everything to lose and nothing to gain by owning up to his perversions? Yeah, I believe Eisgrau's daughter. I am worried about TI kids. Eisgrau GET HELP! And Baltimore WAKE UP!!! IT's PURIM you need a TIKUN! GET THIS MAN EVALUATED and KEEP HIM AWAY FROM YOUR KIDS IN THE MEANTIME...unless of course you would rather uphold your image of your community and G-d at the expense of your children, truth, and justice. Purim Sameach!

Rabbi Blau says, The truth will come out in the end and I believe that. You guys in Balto will have to answer to all the kids who in ten years come back to you to haunt you with, "They knew and did nothing. Purim Sameach!
