President Bush is proposing to threaten the solvency and future existence of the VOCA Crime Victims Fund again. This time ... he is more determined than ever to get access to the Fund Reserve. Downstate will again start a letter campaign. It is important to send/fax as many letters as possible to our Congressional leaders both in the House and Senate. Attached are multiple sample letters. Rally your staff, colleagues and clients. This is serious.
