American Alleged And Convicted Sex Offenders Country Hopping

Over the years there have been several American sex offenders who fled to Israel instead of facing court, prision or avoid having to register for the national sex offender registry.

Confessed sex offender Mordechai Gafni fled the US for Israel and then years later fled Israel for the US. As a community and a people what can we do to stop this trend?

There's rumors that Rabbi Benyamin Yaakov Fleischman wants to join the following list and move to Israel.

1. Case of Rabbi Alan Horowitz - AKA: The NAMBLA Rabbi (he may be hiding out in Asia or Israel)
2. Case of Rabbi Avrohom Mondrowitz
3. Case of Rabbi Ben Zion Sobel
4. Case of Rabbi Isadore Trachtman
   

Then there's the case of Rabbi Ephraim Bryks who fled Canada for the US. and Rabbi Hershy Worch who has been country hopping for years.
