    2 frum billionaires, Dovid Lichtenstein from Lakewood and Ruby Schron from Flatbush, met last night with Police and are offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the capture of the Lakewood rapist. The NY Post is reporting today that the NYPD has concluded that there is no connection between the Brooklyn & Lakewood cases.
