The trial set for February 8, for Rabbi David Lipman has been postponed pending the outcome of the pornography charges brought against him. There is a hearing set for March 24 at 1:30 p.m. to gather information to determine what the sentence should be.
The prosecutor, Bill Hughes, would like anyone who would like to speak against Lipman to contact him at (928) 778-3344.
Lipman has fired his original attorney, Billy Hicks of Prescott, AZ., and hired an attorney from another city.
