The Tendler Brothers: What's happening with both cases?

According to an old site, Rabbi Aron Tendler of Los Angeles was being investigated for sexually molesting under-age teenage girls, many of whom were under his rabbinic authority (either at YULA, NCSY or elsewhere). The women are now in their 30s (and some younger).

Does anyone have any follow up information on this case? Did the survivors get the help they needed? Did they ever have their voices heard?


Then there is his brother Rabbi Mordecai Tendler. We are still waiting to see what will happen in this saga. Is it ok for an orthodox rabbi to have sexual relations with women he is not married to? Is it ok for an orthodox rabbi to have sexual relations with women who sought him out for emotional or psychological support?
